This week I have finished my mugs. And I have used wonderful pretty colors to paint my mugs. I have scratched down into my mugs some designs that I feel fit my mug. I have made handles for all my mugs and made sure they fit properly in my hand. I have done a lot of paints watering on my mugs I really like that I might try to put that in a lot of my work. And I also like the heavy dripping off the side as shown in the pictures below. I worked this week on centering my pieces I feel like I have some I got centering on the wheel down. I practice for a couple hours doing the same thing over and over and I feel like I have accomplished my sintering.I am a little worried about working on the goblets become Monday but I’m sure that I will do OK and if not I have people to help me. I can’t wait to fire my mugs and then Glaze them hopefully they will be dry soon so I can put them in the queue. I have noticed that when putting slit on your pieces it takes a longer a lot longer for them to dry.
